AQUAMARINE IS THE MOST INTERESTING ANNOTATION! I know the annotation is the book version, but I love the movie version so much and I had no idea it was based on the little mermaid. And now that I think about it it makes a lot of sense. I like all the variations I feel like they are all very interesting in terms of uniqueness while also respecting the original. Jane Li also did an amazing job at describing each text. In the future I would watch the Soviet version of the little mermaid.
Your bibliography of annotations was excellent. You annotated an excellent version that was clearly described. I believe I have an image in mind because you described it so well.
